This is a 3 bedroom home located in the prestigious Shoy's beach area, just a short walk to the neighborhood beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath. The guest room has a queen bed with bath and the third bedroom (accessed from the pool deck) has a queen bed and bath. There is air conditioning through out the house and all bedrooms.

There is a large pool and deck, deck furniture and gas grill, dish TV and music, fully equipped kitchen and a well landscaped property.
