Located 5 minutes west of C'sted in a quiet neighborhood of local professionals, this freshly decorated villa shouts "VACATION" with its bright tropical colors. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom face the sea. The 3rd bedroom has it's own deck overlooking the pool.

The expansive view is quite unique among St Croix's villas. You can watch the "Roseway" sail every afternoon out of C'std harbour, past Green Cay and Buck Island. On most days you'll also see the other US Virgins and the BVI's. At night lighted cruise ships seem to hang magically in space and the ferry to St Thomas is often visible all the way into Charlotte Amalie. As you relax in the living room, look for tiny birds bathing in the leaves of the orchid growing on the Christmas palm off the porch.

Cruzan Heart faces northeast to the sea. You'll find
plenty of sun at the enormous pool but can also enjoy shady spots
created by the towering mahogany trees. The villa is high enough to
enjoy trade wind breezes and lower temperatures but is just 1/4 mile off an excellent paved road.

>From its location in the heart of the island you can easily explore all
of St Croix. Turn left at the bottom of the hill to go to the north shore and F'sted, right for C'sted and the east end. Cut through the middle of the island for lunch at LaReine Chicken Shack on your way to the Botanic Gardens and Cruzan Rum Factory. Two fully stocked grocery stores, including duty free liquor, are less than a mile away, along with Blockbuster, McDonald's and Subway. You can cook in the large, fully equiped kitchen or on the gas grill by the pool. For a change of pace from C'sted dining, try the 3 fine restaurants in the La Grande Princesse area {two on the beach), less than 5 minutes drive.
