St. Croix Vacation Rental Policies and Regulations

Once you have booked one of our St Croix villa rentals or condominiums we want to make sure that everything goes smoothly, so we ask that you please make sure that we have your arrival information and with whom you have made your car reservation. This allows us to make sure that your St Croix villa is open and ready for your arrival.

We will be happy to meet you at the airport to have you follow us to the villa. If you know your way to your villa, we ask that you please call in to let us know you have arrived safely. We also will be happy to arrange your car rentals as we deal with the local agencies and this means no waiting in the lines of the national agencies at the airport.

If you find that you will be arriving too late to shop for groceries, we will be happy to lend a helping hand and get your items. If you will need to rent cribs for your St Croix vacation rental, please inform us ahead of time so we can make sure they are available for you upon arrival. Charge for a rental is $25.00 per week.

All of our villas are supplied with all towels, linens, soap, tissues and toilet tissue. Gas grills and/ or charcoal grills are at each home along with laundry facilities. You will need to bring your personal toiletries, i.e. shampoo, toothpaste etc.

There are cooks available on the island for meals catered at the villa and we can supply their names to you. Sitters are also available upon request.
