Gracious living is assured at Seaview – one of the largest villas available on prestigious Shoy beach. Gentle trade winds enter the great room on both sides via custom mahogany French doors. Six air conditioned bedroom suites, each boasting its own private bath, Seaview has three king suites, 1 queen and two suites with twin beds that can be made into kings should the occasion arise. The large great room has seating at the dining table for eight with and additional game table with seating for four. Should the need be there is A/C in the great room. The pool enjoys a charming courtyard setting in the midst of the intense colors of a tropical garden. Plenty of chaises surround the pool along with multiple tables for eating. The beach side veranda offers a covered area to escape the sun and enjoy the sounds of the surf from the quarter mile long sandy Shoy beach a short stroll down the lawn. Seaview is also equipped with a generator so that the villa is never without power. Stereo and dish televisions are available along with WIFI for the comfort of the guests. There is a full laundry facility and a maid mid week to help make your holiday easier. Seaview is stocked with all linens, beach towels, gas grill, DVD player, and everything necessary to run the villa. The only thing the guest needs is their personal toiletries.
